SHIPPING POLICY

We are unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed.

  • After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Orders vary in processing time. 
  • Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed on the TERMS & CONDITIONS, at time of purchase.
  • Orders with multiple items may require extra processing time.
  • Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days, but delays from the courier can happen. We use a variety of carriers to ensure your package gets to you.
  • We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. 
  • Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee. 

Orders are typically processed (pre-shipment) within 3-6 business days. However, due to the current logistics environment, orders may take up to 14 business days to be shipped. Once your package is on the way, shipping typically takes 4-6 business days, but delays from the courier can happen.  Please contact the courier once a shipping confirmation has been sent.
