Shipping Policy

We are unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed.

  • After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Orders vary in processing time. 
  • Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed on the TERMS & CONDITIONS, at time of purchase.
  • Orders with multiple items may require extra processing time.
  • Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days, but delays from the courier can happen. We use a variety of carriers to ensure your package gets to you.
  • We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. 
  • Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee. 

Orders are typically processed (pre-shipment) within 3-6 business days. However, due to the current logistics environment, orders may take up to 14 business days to be shipped.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 DAYS of the original order’s arrival. 
  • Merchandise must be in unused condition with all labels attached to the product and original packaging intact.
  • Returning multiple products or orders will result in a longer processing time while we check each product.
  • Customers returning products internationally must pay all associated duties and taxes for the shipment, or ETERNAL BUTTERFLY will not be able to accept the return.
  • We do not accept returns on Jewelry, unless in unopened condition. 
  • All sale items are final.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs + fees.
  • A return label will be provided and return costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I edit my order after I hit "Submit"?

With our current order fulfillment system, we are unable to add products to an order that has already been placed.

I just placed two orders, will you combine them?

Orders can be combined ONLY if the orders in question have not yet been fulfilled and shipped. To check the status of your order and inquire about combining orders, please contact our customer service department during normal operating hours and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I send an item as a gift?
